LOST DOG!! :

West Cliff beach, Santa Cruz CA

My son was at the beach this evening & had his dog (Raine) with him to get some air. Someone lit some fireworks nearby & the dog darted off! She was on a leash but broke away with it attached to her. He chased after her but she was too quick & he hasn’t been able to locate her her since. :( Thank you to everyone who has helped try to find her.. the community has been so kind! Some people walked with him trying to help! There have been some sightings of her initially but unfortunately he wasn’t able to locate her. :( We’re praying she’s safe & that someone has info to share or is keeping her safe until she can get turned in to the shelter in the morning. She is chipped. She’s a Belgian Malinois (looks similar to a German shepherd). PLEASE contact us if you see or have her! My son is scared & devastated. We all are! The police are aware so you may call their non-emergency line if you find her or have information. PLEASE PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT & CONTACT IF YOU FIND, HAVE, OR SEE HER. Thank you!
