Here's what's in store in and around Chelmsford for the July 4 Festivities: What: Independence Day Chelmsford Community Concert Where: Chelmsford Town Common When: 7 p.m. July 3 The July 3rd Country fair and the John Carson road race were cancelled. What: Chelmsford's 4th of July Parade, scaled back version. Where: The parade route will be the same as years past, coming down North Rd toward the center of town.
