STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Xavier Martinez, 14, who was reported missing from Stratford on Thursday, July 1. Martinez is an endangered runaway, according to police. Martinez is described by police as a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray and white tie-dye shirt with "Thrasher" on it, navy blue shorts with a green stripe, white Crocs footwear and a silver necklace. A photo wasn't provided.
