We feel so very fortunate to have met our nanny about 16 years ago. She has been a knowledgeable, loving, playful, stabilizing influence in our family's life ever since. Now is your chance! She has had time open up in her schedule to work with a new family from morning hours until 3p - 5 days a week with ability to extend later 1-2 days/week. Preferably would connect with family looking for a nanny for one year. Is willing to work in BERKELEY, ALBANY, EL CERRITO, OR KENSINGTON. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently, has a California driver's license and a car, and is beyond reliable. She also helps tremendously around the house, though the children are her primary focus. Our children absolutely loved their time with her (park outings, YMCA, Habitot). She has nurtured their sense of independence, resilience, and curiosity in her thoughtful day to day interactions with them and those that surround her. I recommend her as a trusted childcare provider whole heartedly. Is difficult to find words to adequately express what a gift she is to anyone who comes into her presence.
