Press release from the City of Norwich: July 1, 2021 Taxes can be made on or before August 2, 2021, without penalty. Any payment made after August 2, 2021, will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5%, 18% per year, or $2.00, whichever is greater. Tax bills for the City of Norwich 2020 Grand List will be mailed out June 29, 2021.
