Our projects are mainly high-end custom homes and new construction located mostly in Bellevue and Mercer Island. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: • Great attitude, trustworthy, hard-working, take pride in your work. • Proven experience running residential painting projects. • You can lead a crew of experienced painters to complete high-quality jobs, start to finish, on time, and within budget. • Great communication skills with contractors, clients, and crews. • BILINGUAL A PLUS. • Craftsman-level painter with a strong knowledge of all coatings, wood finishes, and painting techniques. You must be able to process high-end millwork packages. • Ownership mentality. You are a self-starter. You keep accurate records and can manage, evaluate, and make adjustments to the job and crew on a daily basis. POSITION INCLUDES: company van, gas, quality tools, quality materials.
