The ideal candidate for this job will exercise independent judgment and have experience in delivery, setup procedures, and warehouse organization. Open communication to better serve our customers and team members, along with exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. Essential Job Functions: Deliver and set up fitness equipment and accessories based on an agreed upon schedule. Assist in the organization of incoming and outgoing products at the local warehouse. Commercial fitness equipment has a degree of technology, such as cable management of RG6 coax cables and Cat6 ethernet for integrated and nonintegrated TV and internet capabilities. Specific Skills: • Provides quality support and initiative to further overall goals and objectives • Communicates with customers pleasantly and respectfully throughout the entire installation process • Maintains a clean, well-organized jobsite • Good organizational and time management skills • Produces day-to-day documentation and paperwork • Responsible for various forms of communication, verbal, email, text messaging • Assists with warehouse organization – Forklift operation • Experience with the assembly of products • Able to read, understand, and follow manufacture installation instructions, schematics • Understand exploded views, and parts lists. • Ability to ensure projects are delivered and set up successfully • Basic understanding of audio/video/networks is necessary • Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision. • Possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clear driving record • Safely operate 20’ – 26’ box trucks • CDL License a plus Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record. Able to lift substantial equipment with assistance. Reliable, punctual, driven, problem solver, hard worker. Good communication skills. Excellent attention to detail Start time is 7:30 am M-F and some overtime may be required.
