Tree Service Ground Crew/Climber

We are currently looking to add both a ground crew member and a tree climber to our crew. Must have the ability to commute reliably to the equipment yard in Auburn. Our company services primarily south King and Pierce counties. Payroll will be paid out weekly. Hours are generally Monday-Thursday 10hrs/day for a total of 40 hours, but can vary. Position will include paid holidays and optional medical benefits after 90 days of successful employment. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. Ground Crew Job duties include: - Assisting climber - Technical rope rigging - Fine pruning - Dragging brush - Cutting up wood, brush, and debris - Raking and cleanup of jobsite - Monitoring jobsite safety - Ability to communicate clearly and frequently with other crew members. - Operating and feeding chipper - Operating chainsaws - Operating mini skidsteer - Equipment maintenance - Driving of F-450 chiptruck with trailer NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Starting at $15-$25/hr depending on experience and skill level. Tree Climber: Job duties include (in addition to the above) - Tree removals - Working with cranes - Coordinating with ground crew SOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
