*******************Needed Handyman for Short Term Rentals***************************************** Compensation: $40 Per Dispatch Normal Hours | + $20 per hour spent at location We are Short Term Rental company with units in Fort Lauderdale. We are looking for some to help us when a guest needs help. Our call center will dispatch issues via our app or telephone calls. It is important that you are flexible and able to report to fix the issue within an hour of being dispatched. You will be paid per dispatch call. We are looking for someone or a company that is flexible. The candidate should be able to communicate in English and pass a background check. • Common issues, breakers, door lock not working correctly, lights do not work, broken furniture, ac not functioning properly. Etc…… Must have own tools and Car/Truck Candidates must be dependable and flexible with schedule. Living close to downtown Fort Lauderdale is a plus for convenience. in regards to proximity to the complex. Job requires availability days and weekends based on projects and pop-up tenant issues. Not expected to work before or after a reasonable time of day.
