Longterm, reliable, handyman needed for various projects at our properties located in Daytona. Must be experienced in various tasks Paid weekly @ $18/hr for 90 days + PERKS including : - paid under the table!! - 1 hr paid lunch per day - Flexible schedule (must perform a minimum of 30 hours per week) - Must have suv or truck - Must be able to keep track of hours & keep a task log of items completed. ———————————— Tasks include but not limited to: Light electrical- installing fixtures etc. Yard work- killing weeds, mowing grass, cleaning pool Heavy lifting of boxes / furniture Washing vehicles Home Depot runs to pick up supplies Garbage Removal Painting Driver etc. Due to the fact that you will be working in a all female home we ask that you send a photo with your reply. No photo = no reply. I have tools however it would be great if you had your own.
