Veritas is excited to announce that our very first bourbon pairing dinner will be held on Thursday, July 29th at 6:30PM in our parlor room. Come enjoy an exquisite 5-course dinner by executive chef John Day, expertly paired with a thoughtful selection of specially allocated bourbons from the Sazerac Company.
Expand your tasting palate while sipping exceptional bourbon along with a gourmet meal carefully crafted to complement each selection. A representative of the Sazerac Company will lead us in a tasting of the evening’s bourbons and answer all of your questions. This will surely be an evening not to miss for any fine food and bourbon enthusiast!

Course 1: Buffalo Trace
Bourbon Pickled Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon.
Course 2: Eagle Rare 10-Year
Grilled Peach Salad with Arugula, Roasted Pecans, Gorgonzola, and Bourbon Cider Vinaigrette.
Course 3: Sazerac Rye 6-Year
Coriander Dusted Walleye with Michigan Wild Rice and Citrus Bourbon Butter.
Course 4: Weller Antique 107
Cherry Espresso Rubbed Ribeye with Bourbon Baby Carrots and Smoked Bourbon Jus.
Course 5: Col. EH Taylor Small Batch
White Chocolate Blondie with Bourbon Butterscotch.
The cost of the bourbon dinner is $150 and includes all food, beverage and gratuities. Tickets are available for purchase through Eventbrite or in person at the restaurant up to 5 days in advance. Seating is limited, reserve your space today!
