Johanna, 13yr, FS, Catahoula mix Johanna came to me after her mom passed away suddenly and her family did not have the means to care for her any longer. I have had Johanna for approximately 2 weeks in which she has been seen/ going through treatment at my vets office. She recently had all her all her old lady blood work done. She is current on vaccines, flea prevention, and just had a negative fecal test. She is an old girl with mobility issues ( staircases are hard, cannot jump),ongoing skin issues( hence the cone of shame). She overall has been doing great on maintenance to keep her happy in these last few years. she is on Carprovet and a medicated shampoo currently. She gets along well with other dogs ranging from all different sizes and temperaments. She will let them know if they are bugging her though. So far she has been great with our house cat. Johanna has enough energy for chicken chasing though, as we've come to learn the hard way lol. I am hopeing to find Johanna her forever home, for the short time she has left. In no rush to see her go, but want her to have the best end of life environment and that is just not somthing I can provide.
