MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — The Montgomery County Adoption Center is in its second week of being fully reopened, with no appointments needed. The first 10 days have been a huge success, with 15 animals finding homes the very first day the shelter reopened. July 1 is the first day of Operation: Feline Freedom, which waives cat adoption fees for one month. Thinking about adopting?
