The library is hosting a painting event! The library can be a great source of creativity and inspiration for artists. Join us and see what kind of art you get inspired to create! Even if you're only curious and don't want to paint anything yourself, feel free to come and observe. Don't forget to wear clothes that you're not afraid to get paint on. Mask Requirement? - Though this event takes place after mask mandate will be ended, we still encourage our attendees to bring a mask with them. Whether you will need to wear it or not will be determined upon the date of the event. Limited Availability Registration Deadline: July 21st, 2021 To register for the event, find the event on our Facebook page, call the library, or register/pay at the library to reserve your spot. There will be two types of reservations to select; *Materials Needed: Requires a Registration Fee of $10 and covers the purchasing of materials needed for the event (One 8”x10” canvas as well as the paints and brushes needed). Self-Provider: This option is Free, but only for those who will be responsible for bringing their own materials to the event. The library will not be expected to provide any art materials for them. Because of the limited availability and the registration fees for those needing materials provided for them, the library cannot provide extra materials for those who may show up at the event, without having registered, and want to join in.
