To residents and property owners: DC Predevelopment LLC and the City of Portland have submitted a Major Site Plan application and a Conditional Use Permit application to facilitate the development of 51,690 square foot, 200-person capacity emergency shelter at 654 (638) Riverside Street. The subject property is zoned I-M and I-H Industrial.
A project and plan summary is available for viewing on the Citizen Self Service Portal (https://css.portlandmaine.gov/), by referencing Plan Numbers PL-001682-2021 for the Major Site Plan application and CU-001687-2021 for the Conditional Use Permit application).
