Press release from the Caddo Parish: July 1, 2021 The Parish of Caddo reminds motorists to travel safely and exercise safe driving practices while traveling during the upcoming Independence Day holiday weekend (Friday, July 2 through Monday, July 5).  The Parish's Truck Permit Office will also be closed on July 5 in observance of the Fourth of July, but permits may still be accessed through the Parish's online portal by visiting   .
