Losing home. Need a Farm for one cat

I have a 3 year old male tabby that needs a home on a farm. This cat needs some time to get used to his new home and family. I will try to provide a kennel. Rescued as a kitten and has lived on the back porch for 3 years. Was raised around my one cat until I started working 18-hour days and he went into puberty and has been on the back porch ever since. He will be neutered soon but would do best on a farm where he has access to a barn or building to sleep. He cannot be left to fend for himself or just survive on kills. Access to available fresh food and water. Please help this cat get a home. If he goes to the shelter he'll be put down.
