Rehearsal space available for rent at Soundstructure Studios

Hi guys I am the member of a band that holds the lease on one of the rehearsal studios in Soundstructure Studios (connected to The Walnut Room in RiNo) and we have been sharing our practice space with a second band to keep costs down. The second band that we sublet to has given us their 30 days notice and will be moving out in July. We are seeking a new subletter to share the space and split the monthly rent with us. This is a pretty secure facility - each Soundstructure rehearsal space is rented to one band or person (tenant) who holds the contract, pays rent monthly and has 24-7 access (like an apartment). Only my band and whoever we sublet the space to will have keys to our unit. Additionally, to get access to the building you need a passcode to unlock the main entrance and each tenant has their own unique assigned passcode. We are seeking *responsible* and *respectful* fellow artists to share our space with come end of July. We've held the lease on this room for 3 years and have not yet had any gear stolen nor have we had any issues with any of our previous subletters. You get one half of the room and we get the other half. Both bands will be on a group text chain together to coordinate times when each of us will be using the space either for rehearsals or individual practice sessions. Bottom line: You respect our gear and we respect yours. Everybody does their part to keep it clean. You remember to lock up when you leave and you smoke whatever you smoke outside, not inside. You and your friends don't get drunk and dumb and fuck around on our gear and in return we won't kill you (jk... but seriously). Cost for each band is $380/month. Photos attached.
