Dean's Helps Raise Over $14,000 For Local Animal Shelters

Dean’s Natural Food Market was able to raise a little over $14,000 for local animal shelter’s this past June! The two beneficiaries of the fundraiser were Monmouth County SPCA & Friends of Randolph Animal Pound. Monmouth County SPCA will receive a check for $7,950 and Friends of Randolph Animal Pound will receive a check for $6,300. The Checks will be presented Wednesday, July 14th at 11AM for MCSPCA & 1PM for Friends of Randolph Animal Pound at Dean’s Natural Food Market in Ocean, NJ. Donations were collected at the register for the Animal Shelters from May 17th through June 30th. Ocean and Shrewsbury donations benefitted the Monmouth County SPCA and the Basking Ridge and Chester donations benefitted the Randolph Regional Animal Shelter. In addition, Dean’s teamed up with The MCSPCA to host a pet adoption event on Saturday the 22nd in our Community Room at our Ocean Township location. Dean’s own Marketing Director, Chris adopted an adorable puppy (Nellie) from the event & she couldn’t be more loved! 7 dogs were able to find their forever homes that day! Dean’s is very excited about the results of the fundraiser and we’re looking forward to the check presentation ceremony for these wonderful organizations!
