Very sweet and pretty fluffy white cat for adoption. He's a big guy at 16 pounds but looks even bigger because of his fluffiness. Six years old, no health issues, has all his shots, is fixed. Does well with kids, is generally very friendly towards people. However, he will attack other animals, so would need to be the only pet in the home. He's almost like a guard dog -- he growls when strangers are coming up to the house, and he chases off possums and raccoons. Kills mice. He's currently indoor/outdoor but has also been fully indoor, and he is litter trained. He shouldn't be 100% outdoor unless you don't have any cats or dogs nearby. He likes to be petted and scratched but doesn't like to be picked up and is not a lap cat though he will curl up next to you on the couch if allowed. He's pretty good about not jumping on tables. He'll sleep on the bed next to you if you let him but he won't sleep on you. He's got a scratchy voice and he can be kind of talkative whenever you enter the room or he enters the room. Funny personality. I'm putting him up for adoption because he gets up at dawn and starts meowing for attention (not food or being let outside, both of which he can do at any time), and I'm not a morning person and I also don't have a way to keep him out of my bedroom (I live in a one room cabin). After a year of this, I need sleep. So he'd be great living with person/people who normally get up at first light. Either that or you're a sound sleeper and can sleep through a little meowing. He likes to follow you around, so he's kind of a companion animal. Asking $30 rehoming fee.
