Water's Edge of Bradenton is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you are seeking a great company to work for and want to be a part of an awesome team we are the place for you. The essential functions of this position include but will not be limited to:
*Primary focus will be on painting units and doing touch up painting throughout the community.
*Conducts general maintenance of resident rooms/units, completing work orders thoroughly and answering
emergency calls in a timely manner.
* Performs safety checks on rooms/units serviced.
*Performs daily walk through checks on assigned areas. Inspects and maintains light fixtures and fire
equipment.
*Performs minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, roofing, fencing and carpentry as needed.
* Maintains and follows paperwork flow (work orders) consistent with procedures.
*Takes assigned on call schedule as directed.
