NEED a space to sew

I have an abundance of fabrics and notions to accommodate my sewing addiction. I need a clean interior (animal and smoke free) space that I can setup shop with multiple tables and machines! An ideal space would allow 24 hour access and ability to use vertical wall space to secure shelving to walls to keep me organized. ( I am 5'1 - so with a small ladder I wouldn't be above 7 feet.) Currently a very small monthly budget - if I can actually turn this addiction into business... Having read reviews about Eugene Artist Co-op--that doesn't seem to be for me! If a co-op option is truly a co-operative clean creative environment please forward me the information to contact! Thanks
