Press release from the City of Mentor: June 28, 2021 National recording artists, Cracker, will perform at the Mentor Civic Amphitheater on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Grounds will open at 5:00 PM. The Lake Health Mentor Rocks Summer Concert Series is an all-ages event which promotes a festival-like atmosphere each week. Concerts are held every Tuesday evening from June 1 through August 31. Parking and admission are free. Attendees who are traveling from outside of the area are encouraged to download a copy of the Mentor Visitor Guide for listing of where to eat, shop, play and stay in our city. Copies will be available at the beverage tents. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW HANDICAPPED PARKING Handicapped parking is located in the main Municipal Center lot. If you require assistance, please seek the attention of a Staff Member. SEATING There is no permanent seating at the Mentor Civic Amphitheater. Please bring blankets or lawn chairs. FOOD & REFRESHMENTS Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages with the exception of outside alcohol or glass containers. Coolers are permitted. A variety of foods are available for purchase from food trucks which are located on the east side of the grounds. A selection of beers, wines and sparkling beverages can also be purchased from the beverage tents located on the east and west side of the grounds. FIRST AID STATION A staffed first aid station is located on the east side of the grounds next to the Mentor Ice Arena. REST ROOMS Four permanent restrooms are available throughout the Civic Center complex in addition to portable facilities. Please refer to the grounds map for locations. DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA Smoking is welcomed only in the designated smoking area located at the southeast corner of the grounds. NO PETS Pets are not permitted on the main Amphitheater grounds during events. LIGHTNING ENTRANCE In the event of sudden inclement weather, a lightning entrance has been designated at the top floor of the Mentor Ice Arena. The Lake Health Mentor Rocks Summer Concert Series is presented by Meijer, Buyers Products Company, and Mutsko Insurance Services.
