Saturdays ONLY, 10am-3pm, $25/hr cash, you will work with a second supervisor to oversee the rental changeover of 4 houses and a cottage in South Rehoboth (all within a 4 block radius). Responsibilities will include ensure houses have been cleaned appropriately, the rooms are straight and inviting, things are in working order, patios and yards have been organized, and the properties are ready for the next clients checking in at 3pm. The properties have cleaners and yard keeper; you need to make sure things are done correctly. You will not need to deal with exiting or arriving clients. Paid $125-150/week.
