Some of them work for 41 years and still can't afford a tank of gas. Yet they keep voting for the same party that makes sure the wealth of this country will be ever more concentrated in the hands of the few. The party that always votes against an increase in minimum wage. The party that always votes against better education in public schools because their kids all go to private schools. The party that gaslights their constituents with tiny temporary tax cuts for lower and middle class while giving YUGE permanent tax cuts to the wealthiest companies and their major stockholders as a kickback for campaign donations. The party that uses the stupid people at the bottom to pay for everything the smart people at the top want or need. And as we just saw in today's indictment against the Trump Organization, they defraud the government out of the small amount of taxes they do owe after all the loopholes are taken.
