LOS ANGELES, CA — A motorcyclist was killed Thursday afternoon in a collision with a vehicle on Sunset Boulevard. The 2:15 p.m. crash occurred in the area of Sunset Boulevard and Glenroy Avenue, near UCLA, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department. Firefighters transported two patients to a hospital, and one of them died, a spokesman at the Los Angeles Police Department's West Traffic Division confirmed. The severity of the surviving patient's injuries was unclear. The victim's name was not immediately released. City News Service
