This brown, male-neutered tabby cat was brought in to ASAP, the cat shelter, from Carpinteria on June 30. He is believed to have been abandoned by his owner but ASAP is advertising him in case he does still have a home. He is a sweet cat but is very scared, as his photo indicates.
