Seeds of Hope Neighborhood Center seeks the following items- Mens shorts and casual/work pants (jeans, khakis, Dickies, Carhartt, etc) Mens t-shirts/polo shirts (especially L and XL) Bath towels and washcloths Bed-size blankets and quilts (twin-king) Kids gently used toys, games, dolls, toy cars, blocks, etc. Kids gently used books (board books, easy-readers, chapter books, etc) Happy to pick up your items in Biddeford, Saco, Old Orchard Beach, Scarborough, South Portland, or anywhere within 20 miles of Biddeford. Donation receipts given upon request. Thank you! Small non-profits depend on businesses, foundations, and individuals to contribute to our mission by volunteering, donating clothing and household goods, and making financial contributions. Mission- Seeds of Hope Neighborhood Center collaborates with our local communities and neighbors to find meaningful solutions to poverty, isolation, and despair in a welcoming and compassionate environment. Services- As a Drop-In center we offer free continental breakfast/lunch; employment support and digital literacy training; assistance navigating healthcare, with some onsite vaccinations & testing; personal care products, donated clothing other household goods; and an overnight warming center in extreme weather conditions.
