The Window Shoppe manufactures and installs high-quality, energy-efficient vinyl windows and doors. Our clean, state-of-the-art facility is located in Vista. We have a small, dedicated team that is passionate about building quality products and providing expert, friendly service to our customers. Assistant Window Installer Work schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7am start; ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. Responsibilities include: Assist Lead Installer with installation and service of retrofit windows & sliding glass doors. Perform activities in accordance with company's installation procedures and TWS’s service philosophy. Qualifications needed: Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but most importantly, we hire for dependability and attitude, and train for the skills needed. Must be detail oriented and a quick learner, able to safely lift and carry 50 pounds unassisted, familiar with a variety of construction tools & equipment, able to read a tape measure and have good mathematical skills, and have a clean driving record.
