Help needed this weekend!! You are responsible for assisting customers and answering questions about the rental process. It's pretty easy you 1. Get them to sign the waiver 2. Get a license and matching credit card to hold onto while they're gone 3. Give them a board, lifejacket, and paddle 4. Hang out until they get back 5. Charge them for their time out on the water and give them back their ID and credit card. The Assistant operator is responsible for keeping the stand and trailer nice, neat, and organized, as well as taking care of the equipment. As an Assistant Operator, you will learn how to properly pair customers with appropriate boards per their body type and skill set, how to teach customers paddling basics, and most importantly, how to have a good time while doing all of the above!
