Returnmates Driver: Returnmates is seeking a part-time driver that will be the face of the company during pick ups. You’ll leverage the company's technology to pick up folks' ecommerce returns on a scheduled route. You’ll work closely with the founders of the company as we build Returnmates in LA. What You’ll Do: Pick up packages from our customers in one zone of LA Deliver excellent customer service; use a customer-first mindset when answering questions Operate a mobile app that routes you to the pick up locations and allows you to take pictures of the returns Communicate directly with the founders of the company on a daily basis to relay feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Must have a valid driver's license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft), food delivery companies, shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx) valet, etc. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results Returnmates is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. All customers approaching the kiosk will be wearing a mask. We will provide a mask and hand sanitizer for the retail associate.
