I want to make WEIRD music with WEIRD people

Hello I want to find a group of people who want to get together to make weird music with no goals other than to dive into the flow and be free to make crazy and unlimited music. I am inspired by Don & Moki Cherry's Organic Music Society, Pharoah Sanders, Sun Ra, Alice Coltrane, Indian classical music, Indonesian gamelan, ambient electronic, field recordings, spiritual chanting. In my mind's eye I see a room of strings and drums and flutes and bells and synthesizers and a bunch of people just playing whatever the hell feels good without worrying about keys, time signatures, or the quality of the music. Just getting a rhythm going and making noise until we're bored. I am a somewhat skilled musician but I don't think it's entirely necessary for everyone involved to be. My approach to this kind of music is spiritual in nature but it doesn't matter if yours is. By that I mean the purpose of the music is to taste the oneness of all things. If you are inclined to make music with this intention I think we will be friends. I am a 30 year old white dude named James and I live in a studio apartment right now so I can't really play host to this kind of gathering. I have a guitar, banjo, flute, saxophone (a crappy one), and an accordion. The instrument cases make great drums. I'm not what you would call a gear head and I don't really have any electric anything but I have a decent portable microphone. I think by this point you either know if this is for you or not so I don't need to say much else. Peace and love.
