This is the job for you - if you can lift lightweight things, and medium weight things, and sometimes heavier things, that can be 40 to 50 lbs. But usually light and medium weight. And you like to get some physical activity while you work, versus sitting behind a desk all day. This is the job for you - if you have an attention to detail while being able to chat in a relaxed manner with a few other people. This is the job for you - if you are responsible and show up to work on time, five days a week, and can communicate verbally and intelligently. This is the job for you - if you want to join a pretty happy group of people enjoying a fairly mellow workspace. This is not the job for you - if you are a negatively charged dystopic robot. This is not the job for you - if you got to be spouting politics all day. This is not the job for you - if you are only looking for a couple-month gig. We are a small business and if we take the time to train you, we want you to stay at least a year. That's how it be. That's how it is. That's how it work/flows. If you learn it good and fast and are happy here, then raises come.
