We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our team as full-time, experienced Pest Technicians. We offer competitive wages and paid training to renew or acquire licensing through the Maryland Department of Agriculture. A successful candidate will be friendly, reliable, have a passion for learning, and enjoy working independently for a variety of situations while proactively communicating with the Technician and Office teams. Daily Responsibilities Performing Pest Control services safely, according to company guidelines and standard practices Visually inspecting and treating for pests and rodent related problems Safely entering and exiting crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, or structures such as residential or commercial businesses with or without reasonable accommodations Ascending and descending stairs and ladders Using pest related applications and inspection equipment Comprehending pesticide labels and training materials (printed in English) Attending periodic up-training, including mandatory training for licensing and certifications Operating a motor vehicle safely, according to company policy Requirements Ability to safely climb ladders and lift/carry up to 50 lbs Ability to pass a background check Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Be a team player, able to work both independently and with a team Great observational skills and attention to detail Reliable, positive personality, eagerness to learn Flexibility with availability and scheduling; we are open Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm and on Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm Knowledge of multiple operating systems and bug tracking databases is a plus!
