Looking for a professional individual with office experience. Ability to work 30 hrs per week Monday - Saturday between hours of 11:00-6:00 pm with two days off per week. (Part-Time) Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls as required, Retail sales, including showing samples, calculating quotes, setting appointments, greet vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices. Maintain office supplies, filing, storage systems & company inventory. Retrieve documents and files when requested Route incoming mail and process outgoing mail, light accounting duties Create, edit, and update spreadsheets, & sample pricing.
