To the sunbather carrying your top along the River below East River Road near Miss River Gorge Park. I was catching some rays at lunch as you glided past me and I glanced up from my book. We both exchanged pleasantries although I didn’t catch the flirtatious joke as the sun baked my brain for a few seconds there. I tried to follow but you headed up the steps before I could pack up. Luv to meet again or do coffee or a cold drink.
