Glass cutter needed

This is a 150 year old building. I have 4 panes of broken glass that I need to replace. I need a glass cutter who can cut new glass to the right shape. I don't mind if the newer glass is smoother or clearer than the old glass, but it needs to fit in the window. The door glass panes are 5ft tall. The window panes are about 3ft tall. I'll pay cash. Let me know what you would charge for this job.
