Need contractor to help us get apartments ready for move in.
You will need to paint, fix and replace stuff on them.
We provide all the material and supplies.
You provide labor and tools.
Maybe you can do the housekeeping of apartment as well.
You will need to provide us with a W-9 form to get paid.
We pay every Friday as long as the job is done and approved.
Pay is set and depends on apartment size and work required.
