Skills required - Ability to provide services such as: framing, wall repair, door replacement, deck repair, cabinetry and countertop installation, finish + more! - Knowledge of building codes + blueprint reading - Quality customer service and communication skills - Project management skills a plus Qualifications - Values craftsmanship, have a minimum of 5 years experience - Must have own tools and be mechanically proficient - Must have valid driver's license and transportation - Must have a phone and be proficient enough with technology in order to use apps and maintain a daily record of work completed - Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs on a regular basis Benefits - Steady full-time hours - Medical and dental - Weekly pay - Use of company vehicle, gas included About Us Habitation is a locally-owned construction and property maintenance company.
