Description
Aircraft Part Manufacturing Company seeks Custodian / Building Maintenance person. Duties include but not limited to Cleaning, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, building maintenance (changing lights, A/C air fillers, landscaping, and other handyman capabilities) driving company van & flatbed trailer to drop off scrap aluminum & steel materials at recycling facility and pickup and deliver parts as required to and from outside suppliers. Applicants must possess a can-do attitude plus the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow through is essential. Team orientated and the ability to work independently a must. Clear verbal/written communication skills required. TX driver license (age 25 & up)
