RB Scott Company is a specialized dealer of process equipment and wear parts for the sand and gravel, crushed stone, frac sand, and recycling industries. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and product lines in the industry. We are in search of a warehouse coordinator to join our team in a new branch facility located in Clearwater, Minnesota. Successful applicants will support the Company by filling these job responsibilities: This position has responsibility for: Answer and transfers phone calls. Welcomes and directs visitors and customers. Parts sales order picking, packing, and shipping. All receiving of parts orders from vendors. Performs physical counts in coordination with the main office. Responsible for loading and unloading of all types and sizes of equipment and components. Operates company vehicles and equipment as directed, while following all safety guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Professional communication skills. Good physical skills on equipment and an aptitude for manual work. Safe work habits. Solid warehouse and parts knowledge. Excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Proactive problem solver with work experience demonstrating ability to efficiently complete assigned and unassigned tasks. A solid understanding of the physical aspects of parts inventory management. Warehouse training in a distribution field. Knowledgeable on shipping methods and procedures. Knowledgeable on computer systems and methods for inventory transactions. Be able to lift up to 70lbs or more.
