Repair my brake and fuel lines

My brake line and fuel line have rusted thru and are dripping so need repair. Im not sure how to do it and bleeding the brakes may be the hardest part if bleeders wont break lose easily. Someone mentioned compression fittings but then someone else recommended to not use them. The fittings that you flare the line first are probably a better option. I really dont know what to do with the fuel line. Im hoping youll know what to do there. I actually have a midrise lift in my garage to make it easier to work on : ) come make a little extra cash for the holiday weekend and help me get back on the road too!
