I am a multi-instrumentalist who makes to make reverb-drenched psych dream pop. I play with gnarly pedals that can do neat tricks like looping and midi-syncing allowing me to create hypnotic rhythms. If you play synths, sequencers, drum machines, guitar, pedals and samplers like me that would be idea, but I'm open minded towards all instruments. looking for others interested in forming a group along these lines: A beachy sound with a mixture of jangly guitars, reverb washed vocals and sparking synthesizers. I am looking for others who are just as dedicated to this music as I am. Ideally I'd like to jam/write/practice twice a week, but I know life can get hectic at times. It would be great if band members also wanted to hang out / go to shows / get a drink / as well as play music together. Some of my influences are The Smiths, New Order, Cure, Blouse, Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Diiv, Blouse, Beach Fossils, Washed Out, Veronica Falls, The Drums, Wild Nothing, Craft Spells, Orange Juice, Jesus and Mary Chain, Sarah Records bands, Raveonettes, Echo & The Bunnymen, My Bloody Valentine (early EPs!), Ocean Blue, Cocteau Twins etc etc. If this sounds good, send an eMail telling me about yourself.
