someone please HELP ME im in desperate need of help

i have been in my car for two whole days now and dehydrated from heat and im unable to change my spare tire and the bolts or lugnuts on my tire are to tight to loosen and i have wrong size tire iron and i just need to put on my spare tire so i can leave here and if anyone has an impact wrench or anything to loosen my nutts id appreciate it my car is at 1259 northfield its the street across from vitalies off leonard i ran over a spike that someone put in the road and been here two days im just hoping there is someone who can help me
