We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, team-player who is tech savvy, detail oriented and loves customer service!
This position requires strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail and a strong desire to work with people. It also requires being comfortable with technology, using multiple software programs/platforms simultaneously while communicating with customers and team members.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Booking reservations.
• Answering customer calls to assist with quotes, questions, needs, or complaints.
• Answering drivers calls to assist with their trips.
• Solve problems quickly
• Dispatching
Qualifications:
• Must be able to work Holidays, Weekends, and flexible hours.
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Type 45+ words per minute.
Must have a quiet work area in your home. We will install a phone system for you to use.
Training will take place in-office (Destin) for up to 2 months. After training, you will work from home.
