Need MULTIPLE skilled hard workers that can manage their own schedule, have their own Cell phone, Tools (all types), Ladders (all sizes), and transportation. This position requires the knowledge and skills relating to: - Leak identification and repairs - Plumbing Fixture Replacement, - Electrical outlet repair, Electrical Fixture Replacement - Sheetrock Repair & Painting - Fence and deck repairs - Punch Lists - Small areas tile replacement - Gutter repair - Soffits - Property Inspections - Property Pictures & Videos - Material Pick-Up At Home Depot & Lowes (or other material suppliers) Everyone is expected to maintain a clean work environment and dress professionally.
