We are a family business and the owners of various single family and multifamily homes located in Denver Highlands (Sloan’s Lake), Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge areas…. since 1970. Seeking a motivated, career minded maintenance tech with handyman skills for all basic tasks, repairs, maintenance, etc… Responsibilities would include a variety of tasks in property maintenance/management, minor appliance repair, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, heating, landscaping, gutters, electrical, prompt vacant unit restoration for re-rent, and other duties as needed. Must have at a minimum of basic experience listed above, pay will be determined based on such, must have own vehicle capable of carrying tools and supplies, must have some basic tools however we do own all our power and hand tools, maintenance and lawn machines, etc… I personally have been licensed as a general contractor and can teach all the skills that you will learn to master these tasks. Also, we don’t mind lending our tools for any side jobs you might acquire on your time… must be responsible. We prefer a full-time 1099 subcontractor relationship w/ hourly pay, starting $20-$30 hour depending on experience, technician can usually set his own hours, most jobs are performed during normal working hours, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Technician must own insured vehicle, must be clean and courteous, must be unconditionally honest as we often enter tenant occupied units; must be reliable; must qualify criminal background, credit, and drug screening.
