I have some electrical issues with plugs, the tenants are running window units and I would like a dedicated circuit to each window unit in order to avoid overloading circuit breakers. I may need a few home runs installed and may need to upgrade the interior panel,; however, I don't have the time. It's an occupied rental home. I'm a sub contractor for full service remodeling and not ignorant in costs and work that actually needs to be done. I don't mind if someone needs to make decent money but I'm not paying contractor wages. If you would like to give me a bid, I'm fine with that.
