Skills Required: Make Readies Maintenance General repairs Carpentry Plumbing Painting Electrical Snow removal Curb appeal You must have your own tools Will be on call for emergency repairs. Must have reliable transportation and a Colorado driver's license and current insurance. This is a Part time position. Background check and drug testing are required (no felonies, no exceptions).
