Job Store Staffing is hiring a Powder Coater and a Powder Coater Assistant for our client in Louisville. Hours are M-F 1:30 pm-10 pm Pay is $17-19/hour Responsibilities: Ensures product quality meets standards by frequently checking work. Maintenance of the spray gun parts and booths according to instructions. Cleaning and keeping work area tidy including basic maintenance of machine/tools. Maintains expected productivity output levels and completes assignments as scheduled. Required Skills: Follow instructions in the preparation of products prior to powder coating. Use powder coating ovens to cure powder coated products. Experienced in powder coating products in a spray booth according to specifications. Cleaning-to include use of spray guns and spray booths. Ensure health and & safety issue procedures are followed. Basic computer skills. Plans procedures and selects paint and materials to follow work order to completion. Ensures work orders are completed and parts painted according to requested specifications.
